Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Enterprise Implementation Consultant will manage client implementations of PAR OPS, leveraging hospitality industry expertise to gather requirements, configure software solutions, train end-users, and deliver tailored implementations. Key responsibilities Consult with clients to analyze and understand existing operational procedures and configure solutions accordingly Serve as the subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels Document project status and completion, providing Level II support and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues Required qualifications 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred 1-3 years of experience with the PAR OPS platform preferred 2-4 years of experience in the restaurant technology industry preferred Previous management experience in the hospitality industry preferred Proven track record in customer multi-unit implementations
