Hoffman Car Wash is a fast-growing car wash dedicated to providing excellent service and an outstanding customer experience. We take pride in our teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping every vehicle looking its best.
Position Overview

We're looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team! As a Car Wash Team Member , you'll help ensure each customer leaves with a clean car and a smile.
Responsibilities
  • With a friendly smile, greet customers and guide them through the car wash process
  • Explain car wash services and wash packages
  • Recommend upgrades to services when appropriate
  • Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently
  • Guide vehicles safely into the car wash
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with questions or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - training provided!
