I opened my agency in 1997 and currently lead a team of six. I've been with State Farm since 1990, giving me a long-standing foundation in the industry and a deep understanding of how to serve customers and develop a successful team. I'm a graduate of State University of New York at Potsdam. I have grown children and enjoy spending my free time on the lake—something that helps me maintain a strong work-life balance. I stay active in the community as a member of the Southern Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and through involvement with Capital Cup for Kids. Being connected locally and giving back are important parts of how I run my agency. Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Rupert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
