AI Specialist - Video Production Agency

Shadow Light Studios partners with some of the most influential brands and creators in the world, including Snapchat, Monster Energy, Sand Cloud, Poppi, X Games, Golden Goose, Fancy Sprinkles, Find Your Grind, and more. We create narrative-driven content and high-performing video across a range of formats from short-form social content to long-form YouTube, course content, and branded storytelling. We’re looking for an AI Specialist to lead AI implementation across our video production workflows. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, integrating AI tools, and building scalable systems that improve speed, quality, and efficiency across the entire production pipeline. You should be comfortable working across the full lifecycle of video production from ideation and scripting to editing, asset management, and delivery using AI to enhance creative output and eliminate repetitive manual tasks. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is excited to push the boundaries of AI-powered creative production in a fast-moving, high-standard environment.
