Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management.
Participate in on-call rotations and work every other weekend.
Float within the same discipline across local campuses to enhance your experience.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
Experience with EPIC EMR is required.
A valid Wisconsin state nursing license is essential.
COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may apply).

Working Conditions

This position involves working in a high-pressure environment, providing critical care to patients in need. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including participation in weekend shifts and on-call duties.
