Body Shop EstimatorRay Laethem is seeking an experienced and customer focused Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the repair process.ResponsibilitiesInspect damaged vehicles and prepare detailed repair estimatesCommunicate with customers regarding repair timelines and costWork directly with insurance adjusters and suppliersCreate estimates using industry software CCCMonitor repair progress and update customers as neededEnsure all estimates comply with company and insurance standardsOrder parts and coordinate with technicians when necessaryMaintain organized and accurate documentationQualificationsPrevious experience as a auto body estimator preferredKnowledge of collision repair procedures and automotive systemsExperienced with software CCC, and DMSStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordBenefits:Competitive salary and bonus opportunitiesMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance PlansPaid Time Off and Paid Holidays401K PlanEXCELLENCE IS THE OBLIGATION OF ALL EMPLOYEES AT RAY LAETHEM.
