Role Description Terra Outdoor Living is seeking a full-time Salesperson for an on-site role located in San Ramon, CA. The Salesperson will focus on providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting outdoor furniture and accessories that best fit their needs and style. Daily tasks include building client relationships, sharing product knowledge, coordinating with the design team, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining the showroom, and supporting inventory management and restocking efforts. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver personalized experiences. Product knowledge and experience in Home Décor or Furniture Sales are highly desirable. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to provide engaging and professional client interactions. Time Management and Organizational Skills to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize customer needs. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting. Familiarity with design principles or experience working with designers or commercial projects is an asset.
