Outside Salesperson

The Outside Sales Representative will develop and maintain customer relationships, identify leads, and recommend marketing and product strategies. The role focuses on interactions with a wide range of stakeholders — from business owners and yard managers to purchasing agents and technicians — across the San Francisco Bay, Monterey Bay, and Sacramento Delta. Qualifications Self‑motivated with a solution‑focused mindset Deep understanding of the California market Proven B2B sales history is very helpful Industrial coatings and product knowledge Strong communication and sales skills Professional appearance and client‑focused mindset Tech‑friendly and comfortable using PC‑based operating systems Spanish language skills are a significant plus Benefits & Compensation Base salary plus commission with high earning potential and an established customer base.
