As part of a national collaborative initiative, we are at the forefront of advancing women's healthcare in Nevada. We are eager to welcome talented OBGYN hospitalists to enhance our already distinguished team. In our innovative model, you will receive support not only from fellow hospitalists and practicing OBGYNs but also from one of the largest maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) practices in the nation. By implementing value-driven results and efficient protocols, we strive to surpass standard care and achieve superior outcomes for both mothers and their babies.

We are looking for:

• Compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our expanding practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

• The ideal candidate will be committed to providing comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest levels of quality and satisfaction.

What you can expect:

• Competitive shift rates for 2026, ranging from $1650 to $2090.

• Holiday shift differential of $540.

• A generous sign-on bonus of $75,000.

• Full-time commitment of 10 to 12 twelve-hour shifts each month.

• Engagement with Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital - Siena Campus, also a Level III NICU.

• Close collaboration and 24/7 support from our local MFM practice, which is integral to our operations.

• Continuous learning and growth through various programs, including:

• Certification in fetal monitoring.

• Training in transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) assessment with our MFMs.

• BLS certification.

• Access to the critical care obstetrics course offered by the SMFM.

• Basic OB ultrasound skills training with our MFMs.

• Implicit bias training aimed at reducing healthcare inequities.

• Connection to an MFM practice with excellent infrastructure, including EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, and top-tier ultrasound equipment.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• A minimum of three years of experience in OB/GYN.

• A valid medical license or the ability to obtain one for practice in Nevada.

• Demonstrated experience as an OB/GYN physician.

• Exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
