The ideal candidate will provide safe, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities\n \n Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and complex patients. \n Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions. \n Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered. \n Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately. \n Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. \n Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. \n Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures. \n Provide patient and family education and support. \n Requirements\n \n Current RN license . \n BLS certification required. \n Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. \n Ability to work 12-hour night shifts. \n Ability to work every other weekend. \n Preferred\n \n Previous ICU/CCU experience preferred, but not required. \n Experience caring for high-acuity or critically ill patients. \n \n Schedule: 12-hour nights | 36 hours/week | Every other weekend Required Certification: BLS \n \n
