Implementation Lead, Manhattan WMS

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to develop and enhance warehouse management systems.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and oversee system configuration changes.
- Coordinate system testing, validation, and deployment for distribution center updates.
- Act as a liaison between operations, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide leadership in prioritizing and executing supply chain technology projects.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience with enterprise warehouse systems, particularly Manhattan Associates WMS.
- Strong technical skills in relational databases and SQL for complex query analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading large-scale system implementations or process transformations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution concepts.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site support at distribution centers.
