Project Manager II - Nuclear Projects

About The Role Hybrid We are looking for a Project Manager II in Minneapolis, MN to support capital projects within a nuclear power environment. The role involves overseeing large-scale capital projects such as plant modification, equipment replacement, and facility upgrades. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Projects. Key Responsibilities Manage cradle-to-grave capital projects in a nuclear/utility environment Maintain project plans, schedules, and estimates Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and construction teams Manage vendor sourcing, contracts, and procurement processes Oversee project financials, budgets, and forecasting Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and regulatory requirements Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive presentations Qualifications 5–7+ years of project management experience (cradle-to-grave) Experience managing projects valued at $1M+ 3+ years of experience with: Project scope, schedule, and budget management Waterfall / PMBOK methodologies Benefits Comprehensive Health and Income Protection Benefits 401(k) Savings Plan Paid Vacations for Qualifying Positions Base salary range for this position, dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $80–85/hr.
