Job Overview:
The Mid-level Project Controls Specialist will play a critical role in supporting project management teams by providing expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular updates and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Support the development and implementation of project control systems and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
