Production Planner

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Production Planner. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing manufacturing capacity, inventory levels, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity Monitor production performance and identify capacity constraints or scheduling opportunities Maintain appropriate inventory levels while supporting on-time customer delivery Utilize ERP systems and Excel to analyze production data and support planning decisions Interpret data to identify trends, solve problems, and improve planning processes Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and other departments to ensure efficient production flow Recommend process improvements that enhance planning accuracy and operational performance Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, supply chain, forecasting, or a related manufacturing function Experience using ERP systems and advanced planning software Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and collaboration skills APICS certification, project leadership experience, and manufacturing operations experience are considered a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
