We’re hiring two Programmatic Media Managers: one focused on Direct Brands and one focused on Agency partners. As a Programmatic Media Manager, you will own performance outcomes for Streaming TV and OLV campaigns across your portfolio of clients/agencies. You’ll bring strong programmatic fundamentals and analytic thinking to help clients scale their campaigns. Direct Brands: Manage a broader portfolio, with a heavier focus on hands-on trading, campaign activation, optimization, and performance analysis. You’ll work directly with clients alongside a dedicated Client Services owner, while spending the majority of your time driving campaign performance. Agency : Manage a smaller portfolio of agency partners and serve as the sole day-to-day owner of those relationships - there is no separate Client Services owner. You’ll own both hands-on programmatic campaign management and the client relationship, including performance conversations, strategic recommendations, and identifying opportunities to grow the partnership. Responsibilities Own Streaming TV and OLV campaigns end-to-end, from planning and activation through optimization, analysis, and reporting Take accountability for pacing, KPIs, and overall campaign performance, including proactive issue resolution Turn performance data into clear, actionable optimization and scaling recommendations Work directly with clients to explain performance, insights, and recommendations; Direct Brands partners with a dedicated Client Services owner, while Agency owns the relationship directly Partner cross-functionally to solve client problems and improve Tatari’s programmatic offering Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, analysis, and day-to-day workflows Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital media, performance marketing, or a related role Experience with at least one major DSP, including bidding strategies, optimization, and performance measurement Strong communicator and presenter. You are able to translate data and complex performance issues into clear recommendations and defend your point of view Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and experience optimizing toward performance KPIs Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities AI forward – you embrace AI for process and productivity Specifically for Agency: Experience independently owning client or agency relationships, including leading performance conversations and translating campaign results into strategic recommendations Nice to have: Experience with walled garden platforms such as Amazon, YouTube, or Meta Competitive salary ($80,000 - $100,000) Equity compensation Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits
