We’re looking for a senior early years educator to lead a blended Montessori, EYFS, Reggio, Froebel, and IB PYP program. You’ll work in a modern, well-resourced kindergarten with full teaching support and a collaborative team. What You’ll Do
Design and deliver integrated, inquiry-based lessons across multiple early years pedagogies
Coach and mentor junior teachers on classroom setup, observation, and portfolio documentation
Assess children’s developmental progress and adapt instruction accordingly
Lead parent workshops and curriculum events to strengthen home-school partnerships
Support accreditation and curriculum documentation What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS/State License) preferred
At least 2 years of early years teaching experience
Formal training/certification in: Montessori, EYFS, Reggio, Froebel, IB PYP
Native English speakers;
Culturally adaptable and excited to work in China What We Offer
