The workspace is equipped with contemporary therapy equipment, open treatment areas, and private rooms to support individualized care. You will work as part of a collaborative team of physical therapists and support staff who focus on patient-centered outcomes, clear clinical pathways and a supportive practice environment.Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurologic conditions

developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

and progressing patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and functional training. You will provide patient and family education on injury prevention, home exercise programs and self-management strategies. The caseload may include individuals recovering from sports injuries, joint replacements, spine conditions, work-related injuries and general deconditioning, allowing you to refine and expand your clinical skill set.A typical day involves a steady but manageable schedule of evaluations and follow-up visits, documentation in the clinic's EMR system, and coordination of care with referring providers. Patient volume is structured to support thorough, one-on-one care and appropriate follow-up frequency.
