- Collaborative, hospital-employed group practice

About Our Hospital and Health System
North Alabama Medical Center is a 263-bed regional hospital that serves as the primary referral center for northwest Alabama, south-central Tennessee, and northeast Mississippi. Opened in 2018, the facility offers state-of-the-art resources and is home to the region s only open-heart surgery program. NAMC provides comprehensive care across more than 42 specialties, including women s and children s services, advanced imaging capabilities, and Level III trauma care.
