You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well asdemonstratingthe personal characteristics of a developing leader.ResponsibilitiesAssists with drafting user stories and documentationSupports backlog organization and trackingPrepares materials for Agile ceremoniesParticipates in requirements sessionsCompiles feedback and assists with reportingCoordinates meetings and communicationsSupports training materials and onboardingEnsures documentation accuracyTracks issues and follow Agile practicesQualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience or internshipsOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESExperience with Microsoft Windows core services, including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, GPOs, and permissionsExperience with Microsoft Hyper-V, including the provisioning and management of virtual machines and virtual networksExperience with the troubleshooting and configuration of Windows client and server operating systemsStrong troubleshooting skills for network related issues involving switches, firewalls, VLANs and portsExperience with vulnerability management and remediationKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune and Microsoft Configuration ManagerStrong organizational and communication skillsBasic Microsoft Office proficiencyExposure to Agile conceptsInterest in product management and technologyAnalytical mindset and attention to detailSalary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.Tthis ranges from $87,000-$115,000 plus benefits and retirement program.Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
