This role is responsible for the creation and management of sales opportunities within North America, with a strong emphasis on sales growth and new business development. You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, managing customer relationships, working through online leads, and supporting our sales staff. Responsibilities Actively prospect and develop new customers, applications, and market opportunities through leads, digital platforms and research Conduct technical sales visits with customers to find “tech up cost down” solutions Generate sales and exceptional customer experience and service Serve as the go ‑ to expert for product features, benefits, competitive positioning, and use cases Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Develop and maintain a technical understanding of the product lines to communicate quickly and effectively to customers and prospects Coordinate and conduct sales campaigns Train the local sales teams Coordinate timelines, resources, and communication for all stakeholders involved Ensure that the databases are current and updated with accurate information Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to customers.
