Mechanical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems on complex commercial projects. Responsibilities: Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and execution Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Review plans, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Oversee project financials, procurement, manpower, and materials Drive quality, safety, and schedule performance Qualifications: 5+ years of mechanical construction PM experience Commercial construction experience required Strong HVAC/mechanical systems knowledge Proven leadership and project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Peak Recruiting
