We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide quality care and support to patients in their homes. Multiple positions are available for reliable caregivers looking for consistent, full-time hours.

Full-Time Shifts Available

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Observe and report changes in the patient’s condition to the care team
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety
• Follow established care plans and agency guidelines

Qualifications

• Active New York State HHA or PCA certification required
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel between patient homes
