Urban Resource Institute seeks a Program Director for Domestic Violence Programs to lead the shelter operations, ensure safety and confidentiality, and guide innovative services. You will manage intake and discharge, budgeting, staff supervision, training, and collaboration with community agencies; requires 5+ years in management and 3+ years residential experience.
