Job Title: Direct Support Associate
In the role of a Direct Support Associate, you will play a vital part in offering individualized support to those with developmental and intellectual disabilities in both community and residential environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Providing medication assistance
- Encouraging participation in community activities
