Data Reporting Analytics (Lead Power BI Developer - Life Sciences)

We are seeking a Lead Power BI Developer with deep functional expertise in Life Sciences Clinical Manufacturing. This role is critical for bridging the gap between technical data engineering and the specialized requirements of a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data from clinical manufacturing sources such as Pi Historian, LIMS, and MES. Technical & Functional Skills: Design and develop advanced data visualizations using Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query/M language. Build and optimize complex Semantic Models using Direct Lake mode for high-performance reporting. Architect and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in compliance with Red CCI access requirements. Integrate and analyze data from critical manufacturing systems including MES, LIMS, and Pi Historian. Configure Microsoft Fabric workspaces with robust security controls for sensitive data. Establish OneLake shortcuts to AWS S3 buckets across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data zones. Utilize SQL and Data Modeling best practices to ensure data integrity and scalability. Manage Power BI Administration tasks and establish report development standards and templates. Behavioral & Professional Skills: Apply deep functional knowledge of Clinical Manufacturing environments and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to all deliverables. Lead the development of operational reporting to support "Foundry " business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex clinical manufacturing requirements into technical solutions.
