SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a District Sales Manager to lead sales performance across the Mid-Atlantic region covering five states. The role involves executing regional strategy, managing forecasts, developing sales talent, and driving profitable growth for analytical instrumentation solutions.

Responsibilities

Deliver district-level orders, revenue, and margin results across SCIEX instrument portfolio
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting rigor and revenue commitments
Develop and execute growth plans using visual management and performance metrics
Build and maintain senior customer relationships and key opinion leader engagement
Lead, coach, and performance-manage direct reports for capability development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life science discipline or equivalent technical sales experience
5+ years leading individual contributors in sales environment
Demonstrated success achieving commercial targets in life science capital equipment
Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management
Knowledge of structured continuous improvement or business system methodologies
Ability to lead and operate effectively in remote, geographically dispersed organization
Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record

Compensation: $130,000-$140,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay
