• Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Openings: 2 positions
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $810 - $870
• Location: Geneva, NY

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or a health-related role preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, healthcare support, or health-related setting strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education in health or human services preferred
• BLS certification through AHA or RQI required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Basic computer literacy and solid documentation skills
• Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
• Must be willing to float if needed and work every other weekend and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient support with daily living activities and comfort measures in an acute care hospital setting
• Take and record vital signs and assist with care tasks outlined in the plan of care
• Support meal delivery, tray setup, feeding assistance, and nourishment distribution
• Perform hourly rounding and document care in accordance with policy and procedure
• Turn, reposition, and help maintain patient safety and skin integrity
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion, and proper body alignment
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team
• Participate in shift handoff communication and contribute to a positive healing environment
• Deliver respectful, dignified, and age-appropriate care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
