Our team brings decades of combined experience spanning renewable energy development, utilities, and real estate. Our development strategy is agile and policy-driven, allowing us to identify attractive markets and rapidly advance projects that deliver both economic and environmental value to local communities. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–4 years of experience in renewable energy project development (distributed generation, community solar, or C&I solar preferred)
- Experience with early-stage project development activities such as site origination, land agreements, interconnection, and project diligence
- Financial acumen and familiarity with financial modeling for renewable energy projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to synthesize risks and opportunities into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and accountability
- Interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment
