Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping inventory under control? We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to play a critical role in our distribution operation by ensuring products are accurately tracked, counted, and accounted for from warehouse to delivery and back again.

If you have experience with inventory, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or forklift operation, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

✅ Verify inventory as products are loaded onto delivery trucks

✅ Count and reconcile returned inventory

✅ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

✅ Perform cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the warehouse

✅ Maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets and warehouse systems

✅ Help ensure warehouse inventory matches system data at all times

What We're Looking For

• Inventory control or cycle counting experience

• Data entry and computer skills

• Shipping & receiving experience

• Forklift and material handling experience

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• SAP experience is a plus

• Team lead experience is a bonus, but not required

Work Environment

You'll work in a clean, active distribution center supporting vending service operations. Safety is a top priority, and safety vests are provided. Dress code is simple:

• T-shirt

• Pants

• Closed-toe shoes

• Safety vest (provided)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
