This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading supply chain operation, where your skills and dedication can make a real impact.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform receiving, sorting, stacking, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.Operate PIT equipment, including forklifts, to unload, load, and stock freight.Use RF scanners and computers to pick and audit orders.Verify products for accuracy in item, lot, and quantity, identifying any damages.Conduct daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report unsafe conditions.Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and maintain housekeeping in assigned areas.Follow all safety rules and perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsBasic computer and math skills.Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Previous distribution experience is required.Maintain regular attendance and be willing to work overtime on short notice.PreferencesExperience in a cold chain environment is a plus.High School diploma or equivalent.Work Environment and Physical DemandsExtreme cold conditions: temperatures below -24 degrees.Exposure to biological hazards and moving machinery.Protective equipment required: gloves, safety shoes, cold weather gear, body harness, and safety vest.Medium to heavy lifting, carrying, sitting, walking, standing, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.Repetitive hand movements, power grasping, and balancing.If you are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, apply now and become a vital part of our team in Memphis, TN!
