AX Shipping Clerk (2nd Shift)

Shift: 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temporary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AX Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping Department on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for supporting shipping operations, processing documentation, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment and shipment tracking.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process shipping paperwork and documentation accurately.

• Enter and maintain shipment information in company systems.

• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding shipping status and related inquiries.

• Verify shipping information and ensure order accuracy.

• Assist with coordinating outbound shipments.

• Maintain organized records and files.

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

• Perform other administrative and shipping-related duties as assigned.

• Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Strong computer skills required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

• Sedentary work with occasional walking throughout the facility.

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing clerical duties.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
