COMPENSATION AND BONUSES

Total Compensation Package : $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Monthly Performance Bonuses : Uncapped, rewarded for impact. Sign‑On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses : Earn pay for providing supervision hours to RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses : Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages : Available to ease transition expenses. 401(k) with Company Match : Boost retirement potential.

WORK SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

Remote Work Benefit : Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule : Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Paid Time Off : Almost 30 days off in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Caseload : Support up to 8 children. Clinical Guidance : Advisory Board of leading clinicians.
