Recruiter PositionWe are looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives in Rhome, Texas. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can keep multiple searches moving efficiently while delivering a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced onsite environment. The person in this role will help drive recruiting coordination, sourcing activity, and hiring progress across several operational job categories. You will work closely with internal partners to maintain momentum on open positions and ensure staffing needs are addressed in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Manage recruitment support activities for numerous open positions at once, with a focus on maintaining hiring momentum across high-demand roles.Identify and engage candidates for operational positions such as field technicians, drivers, and warehouse team members through effective sourcing methods.Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and follow-up communication so candidates and hiring teams remain informed throughout the process.Assist with end-to-end recruiting tasks, including candidate tracking, status updates, and movement through each stage of the hiring cycle.Maintain accurate recruiting records, documentation, and pipeline information within the applicant tracking system.Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align on staffing priorities, candidate flow, and hiring timelines.Monitor open requisitions and provide administrative recruiting support to help meet fulfillment goals in a high-volume environment.
