Hybrid Clinical Talent & Onboarding Partner

USHP

US Health Partners in Delaware is seeking a Clinical Workforce Partner to support the physician workforce across hybrid in-office/remote settings. The role focuses on talent lifecycle, interviewing coordination, onboarding, credentialing, and HR operations across Newark, Dover, and Lewes areas. You will recruit for practice support roles, prepare offers and contracts, maintain records in the HR system, advise managers on employee relations, and ensure compliant credentialing and enrollment with #J-18808-Ljbffr USHP
