Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000 Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Fully covered health benefits Generous holiday schedule with plenty of time off Excellent work-life balance Flexible start and ends time for your schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community Overview Of The Accounting Manager Role Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and organizational policies Coordinate audit preparation and work closely with external auditors Partner with leadership and department managers on budgeting and financial planning Monitor financial activity and provide insights into trends, variances, and opportunities Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members Ensure accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations Support process improvements and help strengthen the organization’s accounting and financial procedures Preferred Qualifications For The Accounting Manager Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or senior‑level accounting experience Nonprofit accounting experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and audit processes Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
