Global Medical Affairs Head, Neuro/Other Rare

Insmed seeks a Global Medical Affairs Head for its Neuro/Other Rare Therapeutic Area to develop and execute integrated medical strategy across the product lifecycle. This senior leadership role oversees a global medical organization and serves as the strategic medical voice to commercial, clinical, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global medical strategy aligned with corporate objectives and product lifecycle priorities
- Lead and develop high-performing global Medical Affairs organization spanning multiple functions and regions
- Oversee integrated evidence planning, real-world evidence, and post-marketing research initiatives
- Engage key opinion leaders and scientific experts as medical ambassador for the therapeutic area
- Partner with Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, and Development on strategic medical priorities
Requirements
- MD degree required
- 15+ years of clinical, academic, or medical affairs experience
- Recognized scientific and clinical authority in neuroscience or rare disease therapeutics
- Senior leadership experience managing global medical organizations and teams
- Strategic expertise in medical evidence generation and lifecycle management
- External engagement experience with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders
