Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Specialist to work directly with clients, develop relationships, and close new business using qualified leads learned through training. This commission based role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who is coachable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

Meet with prospective clients in the field to present benefits for employees.
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activity, and follow up consistently
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Learn and apply proven sales strategies through ongoing coaching
Work independently while being supported by a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Comfortable working in a field sales environment as an independent contractor
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people

Training & Support

Excellent training program with both hands-on classroom learning and in-the-field coaching
Ongoing mentorship and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

Average Pay Range: $80,000 – $130,000+
