Sanitation/Production Operator
Are you an experienced production or sanitation professional looking for a full-time opportunity on 3rd shift? Job Summary
As a Sanitation/Production Operator, you will support the production of quality bakery products by operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining product consistency, and safely handling finished goods.
Job Duties
- Operate mixers and extruders to produce consistent dough
- Operate packaging equipment to bag and box finished bakery products
- Palletize finished products and operate a forklift to move and store packaged goods
- Follow company quality, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 3rd shift | 8–10 hour overnight shifts
Specific days and shift start/end times will be provided during the hiring process.
Experience or Skill Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, sanitation, or related experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to periodically work in confined spaces
- Forklift experience is a plus
