Merchandising Administrative Assistant

Supporting day-to-day administrative functions, the full-time Merchandising Administrative Assistant will create items and purchase orders, manage product data uploads, and ensure seasonal readiness while working remotely from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Key responsibilities Support buying teams by creating items and purchase orders, and performing essential data entry functions Manage product data uploads and maintain accurate purchase orders Collaborate with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests and provide execution updates Required qualifications Proficiency in PC and network systems, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Minimum education of a high school graduate or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment
