Desktop and Network Support

Provides assistance installing, implementing, maintaining and upgrading internal information systems including network infrastructure, end-user workstations, servers and business system applications. Responsibilities Software and hardware installation Workstation deployment and redeployment System Backup and Data recovery operations Security policy enforcement and maintenance Support and administer third-party applications Obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance IT asset administration Maintaining, upgrading and configuring operating systems Resolve problems reported by end users Basic network and server update and administration Research and make recommendations on latest trends Vendor interface and order placement/tracking Requirements Windows 10 Operating System Windows Server 2012 and 2016 Windows PowerShell Active Directory User, Computer, and Group administration DNS and DHCP configuration Group Policy Management Folder sharing and permissions Firewall and VPN administration VOIP system administration Networking and virtualization concepts Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking Basic cybersecurity principles Compensation: $25 - $30 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Latitude Inc
