ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I managed sporting goods stores in sales and later worked in data communications. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three daughters, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.

I love serving the Pineville, Alexandria, Deville, and Ball communities because of the incredible support people show for one another and for local small businesses. Building relationships and giving back to the community are at the heart of what we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Blake Barbo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
