Project Delivery Coordinator I, Field Services

Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator to support daily operations, field service scheduling, and IT project delivery activities. This role combines elements of project coordination, dispatching, customer communication, and operational support. You will work closely with project managers, field technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure projects and service requests are executed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced service environment, communicates clearly, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and enjoys keeping operations organized and moving forward. This role is remote and should be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA or Dallas - Forth Worth, TX or Austin, TX. We are open to other areas in Texas near large urban areas. Key Responsibilities Be able to work various shifts: e.g. early mornings, normal business hours, or after hours Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for service calls, installations, and project work Manage scheduling calendars, technician availability, and project timelines Serve as a primary communication point between customers, field teams, vendors, and management Monitor and respond to incoming emails, service requests, and operational communications Track project progress, update internal systems, and help ensure deadlines are met Assist with onboarding technicians and supporting company operational procedures Organize and maintain project documentation, photos, reports, and customer records Help coordinate procurement, shipping, inventory, and equipment logistics when needed Support customers with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail Assist project managers with administrative and operational tasks related to ongoing deployments and support operations Help maintain accurate records for invoicing, work orders, and service documentation Identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues and proactively help resolve them Qualifications Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment Professional customer service and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts simultaneously Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, calendars, and common office software Preferred Experience Two to three years experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: Dispatching or field service coordination IT services, telecommunications, low-voltage, software, electrical, construction, or other service-based industries Project coordination or operations support Technical support or infrastructure-related environments Vendor coordination and scheduling CRM, ticketing, or project management systems What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: Communicates clearly and professionally Works well under pressure without losing attention to detail Enjoys helping teams stay organized and efficient Takes initiative and solves problems proactively Brings a positive, team-oriented attitude Can balance customer expectations with operational realities #J-18808-Ljbffr Field Technicians
