We're looking for experienced Conference Sponsorship Experts who know how to build sponsor relationships and close sponsorship deals. You’ll work with conference organizers to identify opportunities, approach potential sponsors, and secure partnerships using Evion. What You'll Do Source sponsorship opportunities: Identify brands, companies, and organizations that align with conference audiences and objectives. Build sponsor relationships: Connect with marketing leaders, partnership teams, and sponsorship decision-makers. Develop compelling proposals: Help create sponsorship packages that deliver clear value for both organizers and sponsors. Close sponsorship deals: Manage outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, and agreements through to completion. Collaborate with organizers: Understand their events, audiences, sponsorship goals, and available inventory. Use Evion: Leverage our platform to streamline sponsor discovery, relationship management, and sponsorship workflows. Build long-term partnerships: Develop repeat sponsor relationships and new commercial opportunities. Who We’re Looking For Experience securing sponsorships for conferences, summits, exhibitions, festivals, or other events. Existing relationships with brands, marketing leaders, or sponsorship decision-makers. A demonstrated ability to negotiate and close commercial partnerships. Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently and managing a pipeline of opportunities. Motivated by performance-based compensation and the opportunity to grow earnings through results.
