Senior Solutions Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support pre-sales activities and ensure seamless transitions to implementation, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant, PLM will engage with customers to validate technical requirements, manage relationships, and provide technical leadership while working remotely from Mountain or Pacific time zones. Key Responsibilities Qualify and validate technical requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs through tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concepts Manage customer relationships, advocating for their interests and addressing issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty Lead technical validation for sales opportunities, leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise to drive successful engagements Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting enterprise PLM software Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance Desirable knowledge of product development, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and service processes Preferred experience with PTC solutions University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
