Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on shift – paid weekly

Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday- Thursday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Finishers / Molders for a leading manufacturing company in Maple Plain, MN. In this role, you’ll support the production of high-quality molded components through assembly, finishing, and molding processes. What You’ll Do

• Perform leak testing, inspection, and finishing of tanks and molded components
• Set up and assist with mold/tool changes and production processes
• Conduct secondary operations such as routing, flaming, and fiberglassing
• Read and follow work instructions, job orders, and procedures
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
• Identify and suggest process improvements or cost-saving ideas
• Support multiple areas within production as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Production Molder Role

• Must have at least 6 months experience within the last 2 years in manufacturing, assembly, or production processes
• Must be familiar and comfortable working with assembly tools, equipment, and/or molding processes
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work long shifts in a warm environment
• Flexibility to adapt to different tasks within the department
