Mechanical Assembler | Clean Shop | Growth Opportunity

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift (Full-Time)/2nd and 3rd shift.

Job Overview

We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to build custom water purification systems used in industrial and commercial applications. This is a project-based role where work changes regularly, not a repetitive production line.

You will work in a clean, air-conditioned shop assembling systems using tools, blueprints, and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical systems using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble piping (PVC, stainless steel, copper, galvanized)
• Fit and secure components onto frames and structures
• Perform quality checks and test completed assemblies
• Fabricate parts based on specifications
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Assist with material handling and inventory organization

Requirements

• 6+ months of mechanical assembly, construction, or related experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to read basic blueprints or diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
