What You’ll Do

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of custom sheet metal products
• Use hand & power tools to assemble components and subassemblies
• Follow blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions
• Route, connect, fasten, and secure wiring accurately
• Utilize electro-mechanical equipment to assemble and test products
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and precise specifications
• Work from job tickets, manuals, and digital instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

✅ What You Bring

• 1+ year of Mechanical Assembly experience required
• 1+ year of Electrical Assembly experience preferred
• Strong ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
• Experience using hand & power tools
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Additional Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with inspection tools and system controls
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

⏰ Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday (Afternoon/Evening Shift)
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• ✅ Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

(may have to have flexibility to train on other shifts)

Work Environment

• Sheet metal fabrication & assembly setting
• Moderate noise level
• Steel-toe shoes required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
