We are seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers to join a dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN. This position involves assembling aluminum components and systems used in large-scale construction projects. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum components and systems for commercial and multifamily construction projects.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ensure quality and precision in every assembly task.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with aluminum or metal assembly/fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments during assembly.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
• Experience in construction-related manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of workflow efficiency or lean practices.

Work Environment

The role is based on-site in Minneapolis, MN, within a fast-paced production environment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Employees are required to consistently lift weights between 25–65 lbs and must wear steel-toe boots.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
