Collections Coordinator

Job Opportunity Pay Range: $17.54/hr - $22.54/hr Requirements/Must Have: 1+ years of experience in collections or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. OIG/GSA and background screenings required. Responsibilities: Manage the collections process for resubmitting claims. Resubmit claims when no payment or denial is received. Work with the claims team to ensure proper corrections are made. Research claims to determine payment status and resolve issues. Identify trends within payers to find and resolve outstanding issues. Complete all actions related to write offs, resubmits, and communications. Skills: Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data management tools. Experience with claims processing and denial management. Qualification And Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
