Neurology — General Neurology (100% Outpatient)

Location: Hilton Head, South Carolina

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

 

About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join an established outpatient practice in Hilton Head, SC. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys general neurology in a fully outpatient setting with no inpatient rounding or hospital call responsibilities. The position offers a supportive clinical environment, strong referral network, and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with a broad range of neurological conditions.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common neurologic disorders such as headaches, seizures, neuropathy, dizziness, movement disorders, and memory concerns.

Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies and coordinate care with other specialists when needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.

Deliver patient-centered care with emphasis on continuity, education, and long-term management.

Participate in practice growth, quality improvement, and collaborative team workflows.

Schedule & Practice Model

100% outpatient general neurology.

No inpatient rounding.

No hospital-based responsibilities.

Full-time, direct hire position.

2026 and 2027 start opportunities available, depending on candidate availability.

 

Qualifications

MD or DO degree.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.

Active or eligible for South Carolina medical licensure.

Strong interest in general neurology and outpatient care.

Excellent communication, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.

Prior outpatient experience preferred.
